Our office is at 254 Satya Niketan, over in the Moti Bagh II area of New Delhi. It's a lively neighborhood because there are so many students and young people around. F Com Pvt Ltd has been based here for a while now. The building is older, but it has some character, and we’ve made the space our own. We have some desks pushed together and a few shelves for all the files that seem to accumulate no matter how much we try to go digital. New Delhi 110021 is a good spot to be because it feels connected to the rest of the city without being right in the middle of the worst traffic. Most of our work involves staying on top of communications and making sure our systems are running smoothly. We aren't trying to impress anyone with expensive furniture or a fancy lobby. It’s a place where we come to work and get things done. Sometimes the internet acts up, or the power goes out for a bit, but that’s just life in the city. We deal with it and move on. We don’t have a lot of rules about what people wear or how they sit, as long as the work is finished on time. It’s a relaxed atmosphere but we still take our responsibilities seriously. We just prefer to keep things low-key and practical while we handle our daily business.
