EVINOS DEVELOPERS LIMITED has its office at M-62 & 63 on the first floor in Connaught Place. This is the heart of New Delhi, Central Delhi 110001. Being in CP means we are right where all the action is. The office is spread across two units, giving us enough room for our developers to work on their projects. It’s an old building, like most things in this part of the city, so it has high ceilings and a bit of history. We don't have any flashy signs or corporate branding inside. It’s just a workspace with desks, chairs, and a lot of maps of the city. We spend our days looking at development plans and talking to various stakeholders. It gets quite loud outside with the traffic from the inner circle, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy office. We just need a central place to coordinate our work. There’s always someone coming in or going out, and the tea man visits us a couple of times a day. It’s a very typical Delhi office environment. We don't use any of those big corporate phrases. We just focus on the task at hand and try to keep things moving. It’s a busy, practical way to run a development company in the middle of a big city.
