Working in CP has its ups and downs, but it’s a great place to be based. The office is a simple, no-nonsense space where we focus on our buildwell projects. We share this location with our other branches, so there’s always something happening in the halls. It’s an old-fashioned office with solid walls and plenty of shelf space for our files. We don't spend money on making the place look like a tech startup. We’re builders, so we care more about the structure of things. Our daily life involves a lot of coordination and making sure the supplies are where they need to be. It can be a bit noisy with the fans humming and the traffic outside, but that’s just part of the job. We don't have a big corporate hierarchy here. Everyone just chips in and does what’s needed. We’ve been at this Connaught Place address for years, and it works well for us. We don't feel the need to use fancy language to describe what we do. We just build things and manage projects from this central spot. It’s a practical, honest way to run a business in a place like Delhi.
