We’ve been operating out of our space here in Shahdara for a good while now. The address is 31/8 A in Bhikam Singh Colony, which is pretty easy to find if you know where Vishwas Nagar is. We are tucked in right near the Hans Apartment Road. It’s a busy part of Delhi, so there is always something going on outside our windows. We handle IT work, mostly just fixing things and helping people with their systems. It isn’t a huge office with glass walls or anything like that. It’s just a practical place where we keep our tools and computers. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow or the power cuts out for a minute, but that’s just life here. We have a small group of people working here who actually know what they are doing. We don’t spend money on big ads. Most people find us because they live nearby or someone told them about us. We try to be useful and just get the job done without a lot of fuss. The neighborhood has its quirks, like the narrow lanes and the noise from the main road, but we like being part of the local community. It feels real. If you are walking down from the apartments, you’ll probably see our door. We’re usually here during the day just keeping things running. It’s a simple setup for a simple business.
