Our place is located at 38 DLF Industrial Area in Kirti Nagar. Most people think of this part of New Delhi for furniture, but we have been tucked away here doing telecom work for a good while. Estex Telecom Pvt. Ltd. isn't a massive corporation with thousands of employees; we are a smaller team that handles the technical side of communication equipment. The office is usually filled with boxes and different types of wiring because there is always something being tested or repaired. We spend a lot of our time looking at circuit boards or trying to figure out why a system isn't talking to another one like it should. It can be frustrating work sometimes, but we have stayed with it because it is what we know. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we are more worried about the tech working right than how the lobby looks. We have a few desks, some soldering stations, and a lot of coffee mugs lying around. It gets a bit hectic when a big shipment arrives or when a client has an emergency with their lines. We just take it one day at a time and try to be helpful when people call with questions. It’s a bit of a niche business, but it keeps the lights on and we like the people we work with. There is always something new to learn with the technology changing all the time.
