You can find Esms (I) Pvt. Ltd. at Plot No- A-17, in Pocket A of Sarita Vihar. It’s a quiet enough street, tucked away from the main road noise and the heavy traffic. Our building is a standard plot, nothing that really stands out if you’re just driving past quickly. We have a small sign, but it’s a bit faded from the sun over the years. Inside, the office is pretty basic and functional. We have a few desks pushed together and some shelves that are probably too full of old papers and folders. We’ve talked about cleaning it out, but we never quite get around to it because there is always something else more important to do. Sarita Vihar is a decent neighborhood. Most of the people around here are regulars who have lived here for ages. We know the guy who runs the corner shop and the people in the neighboring offices by their first names. It’s that kind of place. We don’t have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy brochures. We just do our work and try to be honest with everyone who walks through the door. Sometimes the air conditioner makes a weird rattling noise, but we’ve learned to ignore it. We spend most of our hours here, drinking coffee and getting through the pile of tasks on our desks. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s our business.
