Eslocus Solution

Working at Eslocus Solution is a bit different because of where we are located. Being on Mohant Road, right near the United State of America Embassy, means there is always a lot of security around and police cars passing by. It makes the neighborhood feel very serious, though our office is pretty relaxed inside. We spend most of our time staring at screens and trying to figure out technical issues that pop up for our clients. It’s not like a retail shop where people walk in off the street; most of our work happens over the phone or through emails. The traffic around the embassy can be a real headache in the mornings, so most of us show up a bit frustrated from the commute. Once we get settled in with a cup of tea, things calm down. We don't have a big corporate lobby or anyone wearing suits. Most days it’s just jeans and shirts. We have some old desks that have seen better days, and the wires under the tables are a bit of a mess, but the computers work fine. Sometimes we stay late when a project is giving us trouble, ordering food from the little stall down the street. It’s just a small group of us trying to make a living and keeping the systems running. We don't talk much about goals or plans; we just focus on whatever task is on the desk today.
