ERUDITION CONSTRUCTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED

We are over here at Venus Apartments in Pitampura. If you know Block C, you’ll find us on the fourth floor in flat 403. It’s a busy spot, especially with all the traffic around Delhi 110034. Most days at Erudition Constructions involve a lot of phone calls and looking over plans. The lift in this building works most of the time, which is good because climbing to the fourth floor isn't fun in the summer heat. We’ve been set up in this flat for a while now. It doesn't look like those fancy glass offices you see in movies, but it gets the job done for us. Our desks are usually covered in blueprints and tea cups. There are a few of us working here, trying to keep track of various construction sites across the city. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy when the neighbors are around, but we are used to the rhythm of apartment life. We don't really have a big reception area or anything like that. People just come in, sit down, and we talk about whatever project is currently on the go. It’s a practical space. We chose Pitampura because it’s central for many of our workers and suppliers. Dealing with the logistics of building things in a city like Delhi takes up most of our energy. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't, just a group of people working out of a flat to make sure things get built properly.
