Our office is down in the basement at P-94 in South Extension-II. It’s a pretty well-known part of South Delhi. Being in the basement keeps it a bit cooler during those hot summer months, which we definitely appreciate. We work on various projects. It’s mostly technical and management stuff from this office. It’s not a very big space, but it fits our needs perfectly. We have a few computers and a lot of folders stacked up. We aren't really the type to wear ties or have long meetings that don't go anywhere. We prefer to just get straight to the point. South Ex is always crowded, so there’s a lot of noise from the street, but once you’re inside, it’s quiet enough to work. We’ve been here for a while and we know the area like the back of our hand. We aren't looking to expand into some giant empire. We just like doing our work and making sure things are done right. Sometimes we stay late to finish up some drawings or look over some bids. It’s just us, a small team, doing what we know how to do. We don't use any fancy talk or marketing tricks. We just show up every morning and get to work. It’s a simple business and that’s how we like it. Sometimes we forget to clean the coffee mugs, but the work gets done regardless. That's just how it is around here.
