At En Hausse Infra Private Limited, we are based out of Laxmi Nagar, specifically at D-17 in Flat No-2. Laxmi Nagar is one of those places that never really sleeps, and our office is right in the thick of it. It is a simple setup, nothing over the top. We spend our days dealing with the ins and outs of infrastructure work, which usually means a lot of technical stuff and coordination. The flat isn't huge, but it fits our desks and the few of us who work here daily. We don't have a big receptionist or a lobby; you just come in and we are right there working. The neighborhood is full of other small businesses and coaching centers, so there is always a lot of energy around. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when we have extra materials or files piling up, but we manage to keep it functioning. We started here because the location made sense for the projects we were handling at the time. There is no corporate polish here, just some desks, a couple of fans to keep the Delhi heat away, and a lot of focus on whatever project is currently on the table. We take our breaks at the local spots nearby, usually just grabbing something quick so we can get back to the paperwork. It is a straightforward way of working, focusing on the tasks at hand without any unnecessary distractions.
