We are Embark Wines Llp, and you can find us over at C 17/1 in the Wazirpur Industrial Area. We’re located on the lower ground floor, which means we’re a bit below street level. It’s a busy part of New Delhi, lots of industrial stuff going on all around us. The office itself is pretty basic. We have our desks set up and we spend most of the day handling orders and talking to people on the phone. Because we’re in an industrial zone, it’s not the quietest place, but it works for what we do with the wine business. The lower ground floor stays a decent temperature even when it’s hot outside. We don’t have any big signs or flashy lights. It’s just a place where we do our work. Finding the right door at C 17/1 can be a little tricky the first time, but once you know it, it’s easy. We share the area with other businesses, so there’s always something happening in the building. We’re focused on the logistics and making sure everything is handled right. It’s not a glamorous setup, but it’s ours and it serves its purpose. We’ve got the essentials—computers, some chairs, and plenty of paperwork. It’s a practical space for a practical business. We don't try to be anything we aren't. Most of our time is spent just checking off tasks and making sure shipments are going out on time.
