Starting Elcosoft Pvt. Ltd. here in New Delhi was a bit of an adventure, to be honest. We didn't really have a grand plan, just a few desks and some computers. Now, we just keep the place running day in and day out. It’s a regular office where things get done, even if it’s a bit chaotic sometimes. The New Delhi pace is fast, and we try to keep up without losing our minds. We aren't one of those places with a pool table or free snacks in the breakroom. We mostly just have a kettle for tea and a lot of work to do. Everyone here has their own way of doing things, and as long as the work gets finished, it’s fine with me. We don't have long speeches or fancy presentations about the future. We just look at what’s on the schedule for today and start on it. Some days are longer than others, especially when something goes wrong at the last minute. We just stay back and fix it. That’s just life in the city. The office is located in a spot that’s usually busy, so there’s always something happening outside. It’s just a group of us trying to make a living and keep our heads down. We don't claim to be anything special, just a local business doing its thing in the middle of this huge city. It’s honest work, and we are fine with that.
