Eepc India is located in the Vandhana Building on the 4th floor, right at 11, Tolstory Marg. Being in this part of Delhi means we are always surrounded by the rush of the city. The office itself is pretty functional. We don't have any of those modern open-plan designs that people talk about; it's just a traditional workspace with desks and a lot of filing cabinets. We spend our time helping engineering firms figure out how to export their goods to other countries. There’s a lot of documentation involved and we spend most of the day checking forms and talking to exporters. The building is an older one, so the elevators can be a bit cranky during the busy hours. We have a small staff here who know the ins and outs of the engineering trade. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find fancy lounge areas. Instead, you’ll see people focused on their computer screens or discussing export policies over a quick lunch. The noise from Tolstory Marg is constant, but you get used to it after a while. We aren't here to put on a show; we are here to provide the support that engineering businesses need to grow their trade abroad. It’s steady, practical work that keeps the office moving. We’ve been at this for many years now and we just take it one day at a time, handling whatever comes across our desks.
