Education Luck

Education Luck is based over in Patel Nagar, specifically the East Patel Nagar area in Delhi. Even though we are physically here, we end up helping a lot of people from Karnal too. It’s a bit of a trek, but we make it work. Our office is a simple room in the neighborhood. We deal with educational stuff, helping students figure out where they are going next with their schooling. It’s a lot of paperwork and phone calls. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us sitting at desks. The neighborhood is usually quite busy, so there’s a lot of background noise from the street. We keep a stack of brochures and forms on the table for whoever walks in. It’s not a polished corporate environment. We have some folders that are a bit disorganized, but we know where everything is. People come to us when they are confused about their options. We just sit down and talk it through with them. It’s a very casual atmosphere. We don’t use big words or try to impress anyone. We just try to be helpful to the families who find their way to our door in Patel Nagar. It’s what we’ve been doing for a while now. We keep our hours regular, though sometimes we stay late if a family comes from far away. It’s just the way it goes with this kind of work. We do what we can.
