EASE LIVING BUILDTECH PRIVATE LIMITED

We are over here in Vijay Vihar, right at Plot 54 in Block P. It’s part of Uttam Nagar, so it’s always busy outside. Ease Living Buildtech is just a small team of us working on building projects around Delhi. Most days start with tea and then we look at the plans for whatever site we are on that week. It gets pretty loud on this street because of the traffic, but you get used to it. We’ve been at this address for a while now. Some people think construction is just about bricks, but we spend a lot of time just talking to guys on the phone or trying to get permits sorted. Our office isn't fancy. There are usually files everywhere and the chairs are a bit old. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just focus on the actual work. It’s a lot of running around from one side of New Delhi to the other. If the weather is bad, things slow down, but mostly we are just trying to keep things moving. It’s hard work, especially in the summer heat here. We like being in this part of town because it’s close to the main roads. It feels like a real neighborhood where people actually work. Sometimes the internet goes out or the power cuts, but that is just how it is. We keep our paperwork in order and try to stay busy every day.
