We are up on the third floor of Plot No. 1/3 in Old Rajender Nagar. It’s right there at Gangaram Hospital Marg, just across from the Nanak Saar Gurudwara. Being in Central Delhi, it is always noisy and crowded. Finding parking around here is a nightmare, so most people just walk or take a rickshaw. We deal with security systems, mostly cameras and those little sensors people put on their doors. Since we are on the third floor, we get a lot of exercise going up and down. The office isn't very large, and it’s usually filled with boxes of cameras and rolls of wire. It’s a bit cramped, but we make it work. From our window, you can see the hospital traffic and people going into the Gurudwara. We’ve been here for a good amount of time now. We aren't some big corporation with hundreds of employees. It’s just us, a few technicians, and a lot of coffee. We spend our days planning where cameras should go or trying to figure out why a recording didn't save. It’s not glamorous work, and we often have dust on our clothes from climbing around ceilings. We don't have a fancy lobby. If you come by, you’ll probably just see us testing some equipment on the main table. We just do what needs to be done to keep the shop running.
