Dwelling Residency Llp is situated at 138 A on the first floor. We are in Shakti Vihar, specifically Gali Number 5. This is in the Nambedar Colony area of Badarpur. To find us, you have to look for Khasra Number 834. It’s one of those parts of New Delhi that feels very tucked away. The office is on the first floor, so you have to go up a narrow flight of stairs. It’s a busy street outside with people always moving around and the occasional delivery bike zooming past. Inside, we deal with residency and housing matters. The space is filled with folders and big ledgers because there’s always a lot of recording to do. We have a couple of ceiling fans that hum all day long. It isn't a very large office, so we have to be careful not to trip over the extra chairs. Being in 110044, we see a lot of local people who live nearby. We don't have any big flashy signs, just our name on the door. It’s a very ordinary place where we sit and work through the daily tasks.
