Eternity

We run Eternity out of B-707 in Navin Apartment, which is over in Plot No. 13 of Dwarka Sector 5. Since we are in an apartment building, it’s a very different vibe from a typical shop on a main road. It is much quieter, and we don't have people just walking in off the street. Most of our work is done over the phone or through messages. The living room has basically turned into an office with a desk, a computer, and some samples tucked into the corners. It’s a bit of a squeeze when we get new stock delivered, and the delivery guys sometimes struggle to find the right block. We try to keep things organized, but when it’s busy, there are papers and boxes everywhere. It’s a small, family-style operation. We don't have a big staff, so we end up doing everything ourselves, from the paperwork to the packaging. Living and working in the same space means the boundaries get a bit blurred sometimes. We might be answering emails late at night or checking inventory while the tea is brewing. It’s a practical way to run things without the high rent of a commercial showroom. Sector 5 is a decent area, and we like the convenience of being based here. We aren't looking to become a giant corporation, just keeping our small business running smoothly from home.
