The Habitat

The Habitat is run out of Flat 188 in Sector 18-B, Dwarka. It’s a more personal setup than those big office blocks you see in the city. Since we are based in a residential sector, it’s a bit quieter, which is nice for getting work done. We handle things related to living spaces and property, which makes sense given where we are. Our space is basically a converted flat, so it feels like a home. We have a small team and we usually know everyone who walks through the door. There’s always a kettle on for tea and some paperwork waiting to be filed. Dwarka is a big area, but Sector 18-B has its own feel to it. We like being accessible to the people who live around here. We don't have a giant sign or anything, just our name on the door. It’s a very grounded way of doing business. We talk to people plainly about what they need and see how we can help. It’s not about big corporate goals or anything. We just want to make sure the work we do is solid and that people are satisfied with it. Sometimes we’re out visiting sites, and other times we’re just sitting around the main table going over plans. It’s a very direct and unpretentious way of working, which seems to suit our clients just fine.
