Our place is located at D2-33 in Mahaveer Enclave, not too far from Shulab International. It’s a regular neighborhood spot, nothing too grand. We deal with various health-related items and solutions, so the shelves are usually full of different boxes and supplies. It’s a small space, and we try to keep it as tidy as we can, but things have a way of piling up. You can hear the sounds of the street outside—kids playing or people going about their shopping. We spend a lot of our time talking to people who walk in looking for something specific. It’s not like those big pharmacies where no one knows your name. We’ve been here for a while and we see the same faces quite often. Sometimes the delivery guys struggle to find the exact door because the numbering in this part of Mahaveer Enclave can be a bit confusing. We usually tell them to look for the landmark nearby. The lighting inside isn’t the brightest, but it works for us. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us handling the daily tasks, checking the stock, and making sure everything is in order. It feels like a real part of the community here. We aren’t trying to be anything we’re not. We just open up in the morning and stay until the evening, helping whoever comes through the door. It is a simple way to spend the day.
