We’re based out of Flat No 3 on the first floor in Ghitorni village, which is a bit of a unique spot in South Delhi. Our address involves Kh No 665/2 Min and 666/2 Min, which sounds complicated on paper but it’s actually just a simple flat where we’ve set up our desks. Being in Ghitorni gives us a mix of that old village feel and the modern rush of New Delhi. DW Solutions is a small operation, just a few of us who wanted a place to work that wasn't a standard office building. We like the fact that it feels a bit more like a home than a workplace. There isn't a lot of room for fancy stuff, so we just have what we need to get the job done. The neighborhood is interesting, with lots of small businesses and workshops around us. We don't have a big corporate philosophy or anything like that. We just come in, check what needs to be fixed or built, and get to work. Sometimes we’re chatting about the day, other times it’s completely quiet while everyone focuses. It’s not a perfect setup, and the stairs can be a bit of a pain when we’re carrying stuff, but it suits our style. We’re just regular folks trying to do good work from a corner of South Delhi that we’ve come to call our own. We keep our overhead low and our focus on the tasks we actually enjoy doing.
