Dsm Infocomm Pvt Ltd has been operating out of Rishi Nagar for a while now. We're right here in Kotla Mubarakpur, specifically at number 1852. If you know the area, it gets pretty busy around here most days, but we like the energy. Most of the time we are just busy working on whatever IT or communication stuff comes our way. It isn't a fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. It is just a practical place where we get things done. Some of us have been working here since the start and we know the local streets very well. We don't really do much advertising because most people just find us by word of mouth or by walking past the shop. It can get a bit loud outside with the traffic, especially in the evenings, but inside we just focus on the screens and get our tasks sorted. Sometimes the internet acts up or the power goes out for a minute, that's just how it is in this part of town. We try to keep things simple. No one here wears a suit or looks very official. We just wear what's comfortable and get to work. If someone calls with a problem, we try to help them out as best as we can without making it sound complicated. It's a small team, so we all know each other's business. Sometimes we stay late when there's a lot to do, and other days we head out early if things are quiet.
