Dsc Ltd., Gurgaon is actually working out of a spot in Mahipalpur, New Delhi. We are located at K-26 on Vasant Kunj Road, care of Tej Pal Singh. It’s a bit of a busy area, being so close to the airport and the main roads, but it works for what we do. The office is just a regular building where we’ve set up our desks and equipment. We call it Dsc Ltd., Gurgaon because that’s where a lot of our focus is, even though the physical address is here in 110037. We don’t spend much time worrying about how the office looks to outsiders. It’s more about having a functional space where we can coordinate our projects. Tej Pal Singh has been helpful in getting us settled here. We don’t use any corporate jargon or make big claims about being the leaders in anything. We’re just a team that shows up, does the paperwork, and makes sure the logistics are handled. The Vasant Kunj Road can be a nightmare for traffic, but we’re used to it by now. It’s just part of being in this part of Delhi. We keep things simple and try not to overcomplicate our daily routines. Most of our time is spent on the phone or looking at site plans. It’s a practical, no-nonsense way to run things, and it’s how we’ve always operated. No fancy missions, just regular work day in and day out.
