We've been running Ds Restaurant And Bar Llp out of Ganga Blk for a while now. It’s right here in Vasant Kunj, specifically Flat No. 111 in Pocket 6, Sector D. People around South Delhi probably know the area well. It's just a regular spot where we handle things day to day. We started this place because we wanted to have something of our own in the neighborhood. It’s not a huge fancy setup, just us working in G-2. Some days are busy, some are quiet, you know how it is with a restaurant and bar. We spend most of our time making sure the kitchen is running and the drinks are ready. It’s a lot of work keeping up with the 110070 pincode crowd. We didn't want to be one of those corporate chains. Just a local LLP trying to make it work. The address is pretty specific if you're looking for us, near the flats. We deal with all the usual stuff—inventory, customers, cleaning up late at night. It’s honest work. We’ve been at this address for a bit and we've gotten to know the delivery guys and the neighbors pretty well. It’s just how we live and work here in New Delhi. Not much more to say really, we just open up and get to it every morning. It’s a lifestyle, I guess, and we are happy to be here.
