It’s not always easy, and there are plenty of days when things don't go according to plan. That’s just the nature of construction. We try to be straight with people about what can and can't be done. Our setup in Mansa Ram Park is pretty modest. We don't have a receptionist in a suit or a fancy coffee machine. We mostly just drink tea and talk about cement and bricks. People come to us because they want something built and they know we are right here in the community. We've seen a lot of changes in Uttam Nagar over the years. We just keep doing our part, one house or building at a time. It’s a lot of long hours and hard work, but we wouldn't be doing it if we didn't like seeing the final results.
