Draw N Build Private Limited

We run Draw N Build Private Limited out of a residential building in Dwarka Sector 19B. Our address is Flat No. 1404 in the Sleuth'S CGHS complex. Being on the fourth floor of Plot No.6 is nice because it is a bit quieter than being right on the main road. We chose this spot in South West Delhi because it felt more relaxed than the city center. The flat is basically our office now, with one room for the computers where we do the drawing and another for storing our files and site gear. It still feels like a home in some ways, which we actually like. The kitchen is where we make our lunch and take breaks. We have a few desks squeezed into the living area. Most of our day is spent looking at drawings and making sure the dimensions are correct before we head out to see the actual buildings. The security guard at the gate usually knows who is coming to see us, so that helps. We aren't a big firm with a lobby or a sign out front. We are just a small group of people who enjoy the process of putting buildings together from scratch. It gets a bit crowded when we have visitors, but we just pull up an extra chair and make it work. It is a practical way to run a business without too much fuss.
