We are over here at Atma Ram House in Connaught Place. It’s right at C-37. Being in CP means there’s always something going on outside the windows. Most days, we’re just busy with the usual developer paperwork and planning. It’s not a fancy setup, just a regular office where we get things done. The traffic around here is usually a mess, so we try to get in early before the whole circle jams up. We've been at this spot for a while now. The building is one of those older ones that has seen a lot of history. Sometimes the lift acts up, so we take the stairs. It’s a mix of different people working in the same block. We handle a lot of the back-end stuff for our projects from this desk. It’s mostly just us and a few computers. We drink a lot of tea from the guy downstairs. My desk is usually covered in site maps and permits that need looking at. New Delhi is a tough place to build anything, but we just take it one day at a time. We don't really do much advertising. People usually find us through word of mouth or they just know the name Draconis from seeing it on some boards. It’s a small team, but we stay busy. Usually, we’re here until late evening trying to finish up the day's tasks before the metro gets too crowded. It’s just how things go for us.
