We have been running things from West Punjabi Bagh for quite some time now. Our office is located at 1/51, and if you’ve ever walked around this part of New Delhi, you know how the streets can get. It is mostly a residential vibe around here, which suits what we do just fine. Most days start pretty early because that is just how the construction business works in India. You have to beat the heat or at least try to before the sun gets too high in the sky. Dp Builders Llp isn’t some massive corporation with fancy lobbies and people in suits everywhere. We are just a group of people who know how to put bricks and mortar together. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit much, especially with the local regulations in West Delhi, but we manage to get through it. The office itself is functional, nothing too special to look at, just a place to store tools, maps, and drawings. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers or arguing about the price of cement. It’s not always glamorous work, but it is honest. When the monsoon hits, things slow down a bit and we spend more time inside the Punjabi Bagh office fixing schedules. We don't really have a big philosophy or anything like that. We just look at the land, see what needs building, and then we go ahead and build it as best as we can with the hands we have.
