Genesis Projects & Associates

Our office is on the first floor of Jaina Tower-1. It’s a typical commercial building, so there’s always a lot of people coming and going. We are in 110-A. It’s a bit of a tight space sometimes, especially when we have all our associates in for a meeting. We work on different types of projects, and it keeps us pretty occupied. There are always piles of paper and blueprints lying around. We’ve been in this tower for a few years now and have gotten used to the rhythm of the place. The elevators are sometimes slow, so we usually just take the stairs to the first floor. It’s a practical setup for us. We aren't interested in looking like a big corporate entity. We are just a group of people who are good at planning and managing projects. We spend a lot of time talking through details and making sure everyone is on the same page. It can be stressful when deadlines are tight, but we just push through it. We like the location because it’s central to a lot of our work. It’s just a regular office where we put in the hours and try to do right by the projects we take on. Usually, someone is running out to get samosas for the team around four in the afternoon to keep the energy up.
