Digitech Services is based at A-72 in the Masoodpur Main Market over in Vasant Kunj. Being located right in a main market means there is never really a dull moment. There is always noise from the street and people popping in to ask us random questions. Our shop is packed with all kinds of digital equipment and tools we use for repairs. It is a bit of a squeeze sometimes when we have a lot of different orders coming in at once. We have been at this spot for a while now and we know most of the other shopkeepers around here. We handle a lot of the digital headaches that people run into. It could be a hardware issue or something wrong with the software. We don't use a lot of fancy jargon to explain what went wrong with a device. We just tell you what needs to be fixed and how long it is going to take us to do it. The workbench in the back is where most of our hours go. It is usually covered in tiny screws and soldering irons. Vasant Kunj is a busy part of town, and Masoodpur has its own specific vibe. We don't have a big marketing budget or a shiny website. People usually find us because they live nearby or a friend told them we could help. We just try to be honest about what we can actually do.
