Dhani Machines is located at E-85 in Sector 4 of the Bawana Industrial Area. If you know Bawana, you know it’s a lot of narrow roads and trucks constantly loading and unloading. Our shed is usually pretty hot during the summer months, but we have some big fans that keep the air moving. There’s always the smell of machine oil in the air. We spend most of our time dealing with parts and making sure the assembly is moving along. It’s a practical space. We don’t have much room for a lounge or anything like that. Usually, the guys just eat their tiffins sitting near the machines or on the front steps. We’ve had some rough days when the monsoon rains make the roads outside a mess, but we still show up and get the work done. It’s a tough area to work in, but it’s where all the action is. Our staff is mostly local guys who live nearby. We don’t do a lot of fancy paperwork or have long corporate lunches. It’s about getting the orders sorted and out the door. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but honestly, nobody here really cares about that as long as the machines are working fine. It’s just a regular factory life for us and we keep things simple.
