DEVELOCITY BUILDING PRIVATE LIMITED

Our office is at 16/10 on the first floor along New Rohtak Road, right by the MTNL building in Karol Bagh. It’s a busy spot in Central Delhi where the traffic never really stops. DEVELOCITY BUILDING PRIVATE LIMITED is what we call our operation here, and we mostly focus on the actual labor of building and construction. We’ve got a small crew that is usually out on-site while one or two of us stay here to handle the phone and the endless supply orders. The office isn't much more than a few desks and a bunch of half-empty coffee cups. We don't go in for fancy presentations or long meetings. Mostly, we just look at the day's tasks and try to get through them without too many problems popping up. Sometimes there are delays with the concrete or the laborers can't make it, and we just have to figure it out on the fly. Being in Karol Bagh is handy because most of the hardware shops are nearby if we need a quick part. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the city; we just want to get our current projects done so we can move on to the next ones. It’s practical work, and it keeps us on our toes. You won't find any slick brochures here, just people who know how to build stuff. We've been at this for a while and we plan to stay at it.
