We are Devbhumi Construction LLP, and you can find us at C-9/9811 in Vasant Kunj. South Delhi is a big place, but Vasant Kunj has its own specific feel. Our office is just a regular spot in the C-9 block. The 110070 pin code is a familiar one for anyone who lives in this part of New Delhi. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles here. It’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of paper related to our building projects. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby or expensive furniture. We just need a place to coordinate our work and meet with the people we work with. The neighborhood is fairly quiet compared to the main roads, which helps when we need to think about the next project. Most of our staff have been around the construction industry for a long time, so we know the local area well. We usually spend our mornings getting things ready for the sites and our afternoons catching up on the administrative side of things. It’s a straightforward way to run a business. We like being in Vasant Kunj because it’s easy for us to get to different project locations around South Delhi. There’s nothing too complicated about how we operate. We just show up at the office and do what needs to be done for the day. It’s an honest living in a very busy city like Delhi.
