Devansh Probuild Llp is located over at Sukhdev Vihar, specifically at House Number 2. If you know the area, it’s a pretty quiet spot compared to the rest of New Delhi. We've been operating out of here for a bit now. It’s not a massive skyscraper office, just a regular place where we get our work done. Most of the time we’re busy with the logistics of building and probuilding tasks, whatever the project requires. We don't use a lot of big words or try to sound more important than we are. We're just a small group of people working in 110025. Sometimes the office gets a bit cluttered with samples and paperwork, but that's how it is when you’re actually working. We like being in Sukhdev Vihar because it's easy to explain to people where we are. H.No. 2 is easy to find. We don't spend much on advertising because word of mouth usually keeps us busy enough. Building things is hard work and it takes a lot of patience. We deal with the usual stuff like late deliveries and weather issues. It’s just the nature of the business. We focus on the practical side of things. If you come by, you’ll probably find us drinking tea and looking at site plans. That’s pretty much the whole story behind how we run things and why we have been in this part of the city for so many years.
