Design Associates

We’ve been here in New Delhi for a while now, specifically in the 110065 zip code area. Design Associates is just a small group of us who enjoy working on different projects. It isn't a big fancy operation with hundreds of employees or a lobby full of marble. We have a modest office where we sit down every morning, drink some tea, and get to work on whatever is on the desk that day. New Delhi is a busy place, and being here means we deal with the usual noise and the traffic, but we like the energy of the city. Most of our days are spent looking at drawings or talking about how to fix a specific problem for a client. We don't really do the whole corporate pitch thing. Usually, people just find us through word of mouth or because they saw our name somewhere nearby. It's a pretty straightforward way to run things. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy with papers and coffee mugs, but that is just how we work. We try to keep things simple. If someone walks in, they’ll probably see us arguing over a small detail or just typing away. It’s not always glamorous, but it is what we do for a living. We’ve stayed in this part of Delhi because it feels like home to us. There is a lot of history in these streets, and we are just glad to have a spot here where we can do our work. This is basically who we are, nothing more and nothing less than that.
