We are based out of Aya Nagar in Phase 4, specifically at D-23 on the third floor. Our spot is on the front side, or the F/S as the address says, right on Gali No-4. This part of Delhi can be quite a maze with all the narrow lanes and houses built so close together. You have to look for Kh No-1578 to make sure you are in the right place. The climb up to the third floor is a bit much in the heat, but the breeze is better up there. The office is basically just a few rooms where we have set up our workstations. We don't have any big signs or fancy decorations. It is mostly just shelves filled with files and some old computers. We use a lot of extension cords because there are never enough wall sockets where you actually need them. Aya Nagar is a very lively place with people always moving around and kids playing in the gullies. It can get pretty loud in the evenings when everyone is coming home from work. We usually stay late to finish up whatever we are working on. There is a small sink in the back where we wash our mugs. It's an honest place where we just come to work and go home. We don't worry too much about how the office looks to outsiders as long as we can get our tasks finished on time every day.
