Dds Developers Private Limited has an office at H.No. 111 on the first floor in Rameshwar Nagar. We are located near the old Akash Cinema, which is a big landmark in this part of North West Delhi. Being on the first floor gives us a bit of a view of the street below. Rameshwar Nagar is a crowded area with a lot of small shops and houses packed together. Our office is just a few rooms where we handle the development work. It is not a modern glass building; it is an older house converted into a workspace. We have a lot of stairs to climb every day which keeps us in shape. The office is often full of paper files and rolled-up blueprints that take up most of the shelf space. Since we are near the cinema, the area gets really lively in the evenings. During the day, it is mostly the sound of local vendors and traffic. We have a few ceiling fans that wobble a bit but they keep the air moving when it gets stuffy. Our team is small and we all know each other well. We don't bother with fancy business talk. We just discuss what needs to be done for the day and get to it. It is a practical, no-nonsense kind of place. We like being in this part of Delhi because it feels like a real neighborhood where people actually live and work.
