DCONSTRUXTION BUILD PRIVATE LIMITED is located right in the heart of the city at Flat No. 3, 11 Hanuman Road. This is the Connaught Place area, so it’s a very central spot to be in. Even though it sounds like a fancy address, our office is just a regular place where we manage our building projects. Hanuman Road is a bit more tucked away than the main circles of CP, which is good because it’s not quite as loud. We’ve been operating out of this flat for a while. We do a lot of planning here before we head out to the actual construction sites. It is a lot of back-and-forth between the office and the field. Since we are in such a central location, we end up working on jobs all over Delhi. The team here is pretty tight-knit. We don't go in for big marketing speeches or anything like that. We just show up, look at what needs to be built, and get to work. Dealing with the traffic around Connaught Place is probably the hardest part of our day. But once we are in the office, it’s just about focusing on the numbers and the schedules. We keep things pretty informal. If you were to walk in, you’d see a lot of maps and stacks of permits. It’s just how we run things, keeping it simple and direct without any extra polish. We’re just here to build things correctly and stay on top of our daily tasks.
