Dash International

We are over here at F-79/80, up on the 8th floor of the DLF Prime Tower in Okhla Phase 1. It is a busy place to work. Every morning the elevators are packed with people trying to get to their desks on time. We usually get in around nine thirty and start by sorting through the papers left from the day before. The view from the 8th floor is mostly other buildings and the traffic down below on the main road. It gets pretty loud sometimes because of the construction nearby, but you get used to it after a while. Dash International has been in this spot for a bit now. Our office isn't fancy, just some desks, chairs, and a small area where we keep the water cooler. That is where most of us stand for a few minutes to talk about the weather or how long the commute took. Okhla is a tough area for parking, so some of us take the metro and then a rickshaw to reach the tower. By lunchtime, the smell of food from the different tiffin boxes fills the room. We don't have a big cafeteria or anything, so we just eat at our desks or go downstairs if we need some air. The afternoons can get slow when the sun hits the windows, making it a bit warm even with the fans going. We just keep our heads down and get the work done until it is time to pack up and head back into the traffic.
