Dancy Builders Private Limited is located in Sanjay Enclave, which is a busy neighborhood in Uttam Nagar. Our address is C-1/21, and we are right near the Virbazar Chowk. If you know Uttam Nagar, you know how crowded it gets around the chowk, especially on market days. Our office is tucked away in one of the lanes. It is a lively place to work because there is always something happening right outside the door. We do a lot of local building work. This usually means we are helping people add floors to their houses or fixing up old structures. The office is small and usually has a few people sitting around talking about materials or labor costs. We have samples of tiles and bricks sitting in the corners. It’s not the cleanest office in the world, but it’s where the actual work gets done. We spend a lot of time navigating the narrow streets to check on our projects. You have to be careful driving around here because of the pedestrians and cycles. We know most of the shopkeepers on the block. Dealing with the heat in the summer is the hardest part of the job, but we just keep the fans going and keep working. It’s a straightforward business. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't. We are just a local builder trying to stay busy in a crowded part of South West Delhi.
