Our shop is Shop No. 1, on the ground floor of A-96 in Raju Park, Khanpur. It’s a busy little corner of New Delhi. The business is called Dampa Infrastructure Private Limited. We’re tucked away in a spot that sees a lot of foot traffic. Sh Puran Mal is connected to our history here, and we've kept things running in his name. We handle infrastructure projects, which involves a lot of coordination and physical labor. The office itself is small. We share it among a few of us who have been working together for years. It’s got a bit of a dusty feel because of all the construction talk and the busy street right outside. We aren't the type to wear suits to work. Usually, we’re in jeans and boots, ready to head out to a site at a moment's notice. Being in Khanpur means we are close to our workers and the materials we need. We don't have a website with fancy photos. We just have our name on the shutter and some desks inside. Most of our days are spent on the phone or looking at site reports and invoices. It’s a straightforward business. We take on jobs that we know we can finish. People in the neighborhood know us as the infrastructure guys in Raju Park. It’s a simple life, focused on getting the projects done without any extra drama or corporate polish. Sometimes we stay late when a job is urgent.
