D S Solutions is located over in Vivek Vihar, specifically at 123 Block C. It’s a nice enough spot in Delhi. We handle various technical and service tasks for people who live and work nearby. The office isn't very large, just a few rooms where we keep our tools and spare parts. We started this because we noticed people needed help with their equipment and didn't want to go to a big service center. We are just a few guys who are good with our hands and know how to fix things. The workspace is usually a bit cluttered with whatever we are working on that day. We drink a lot of coffee and stay late when we have to. It’s a lot of troubleshooting and trying to figure out why something isn't working. We don't have a big corporate structure. If you call, you'll probably just talk to one of us directly. We’ve been in Vivek Vihar for several years and have a decent rhythm going. Some days are slow, and others we can barely keep up. We just take it as it comes. It is a practical business for practical people. No fancy words needed for that. We just show up and do the work. The neighbors know us well, and we help with small things when we can. It is a quiet street mostly, though morning traffic is loud.
