You can find us at 47, Dda Flats on the ground floor. It’s in Pocket-1, Sector-5 of Dwarka. It’s a residential-feeling area but we’ve got our machinery business running right out of there. CSM Machinery India Pvt.Ltd. isn't a giant factory; it’s more of a local hub for us. We have some equipment stored here and a small space where we handle the paperwork and meetings. It’s a bit cramped sometimes, especially when a new shipment of parts arrives. We don't have a big fancy sign out front, just a small one so people don't get lost in the flats. Dwarka is a nice place to work from, and there are plenty of spots to grab a quick lunch. We aren't big on corporate culture or long meetings that don't go anywhere. Usually, we just talk about what needs to be delivered or fixed over a cup of tea. It’s a relaxed environment, though we do get busy when several orders come in at once. We’ve been at this Sector-5 location for a while and the locals know us. We don't use any high-level sales pitches. We just tell people what we can do and then we do it. It’s a practical way to run things. We keep our overhead low and just focus on the machines. Sometimes we have to move stuff into the hallway temporarily, but we try to be polite to the neighbors.
