Crossword Software Pvt. Ltd. is at No. 2, Navjeevan Vihar. It’s a residential area, so it’s much quieter than the center of Delhi. The office is basically a house that’s been set up for work. We like it because it doesn’t feel like a cold, corporate building. There are trees outside and not too much traffic on our street. We’ve been here for a while, and the neighborhood feels familiar. Inside, we have our computers and servers. It’s a simple setup. We spend the day working on software, mostly just focusing on the tasks at hand. There isn't a lot of noise, which is good for concentration. We have a small kitchen where we make our own coffee and tea. Sometimes it’s a bit messy, but that’s just how it is. There’s a park nearby where we sometimes go for a walk during lunch to get some fresh air. The commute is okay for most of us since we live in this part of town. We don't have any big signs or flashy lights outside. It’s just a plain entrance. We aren't really into the whole corporate image thing. We just want to get our work done and go home to our families. It’s a straightforward way of working. Most days are pretty much the same, with everyone at their desks and the occasional conversation about a project. It’s a comfortable place for us to be.
