Our office is tucked away in Balaji Apartments over in Dwarka Phase II. It's a quiet residential area, which is nice when you're trying to get work done without all the noise from the main roads. We are Cpja Developers (Opc) Private Limited. Being a one-person company means things stay pretty personal around here. I run the operations out of Flat No-8-D. It's not a big corporate building, just a regular place where I handle all the development stuff. I spend a lot of time on the phone or looking over site plans on my desk. Dealing with construction in Delhi involves a lot of back and forth, and doing it from Sector 3 makes it easier to get around this part of the city. I’ve lived in this area for a while, so it felt right to set up the business nearby. There isn't any big marketing team here, just me making sure the projects are moving along like they should. Some days are slower than others, depending on how the permits are going. I focus on practical things, making sure the foundations are right and the materials show up when they are supposed to. It's a lot of responsibility for one person, but I prefer it that way because I know exactly what's happening at every stage. I just keep moving forward one day at a time.
