C.P. Kukreja Associates

This office is situated right on the Naraina Ring Road in New Delhi. It is a busy spot, and the sound of trucks and cars passing by is something we have just learned to live with over the years. We are in the C.B.298 building. It is a solid place, even if it looks a bit dated from the outside. Inside, we have everything set up for our daily routines. We spend most of our time here, sometimes staying late when there is a lot to finish. The team is a mix of people who have been here forever and a few newer faces. We don't go in for those modern office designs with bean bags and open spaces. We have desks, chairs, and filing cabinets that actually hold things. It is a practical environment. The air conditioner hums in the summer and we use small heaters in the winter. People come to us because we are right there on the main road and easy to spot. We don't use a lot of jargon when talking to people. We just explain things as they are. It can be a bit chaotic during peak hours, but that is just how Delhi is. We keep our heads down and focus on the tasks at hand. There is always something to do, and we just get on with it until the day is done for everyone here.
