C.P. Infrabuild Private Limited

C.P. Infrabuild Private Limited is right in the middle of things in Connaught Place. We are on the second floor of Shiv Mahal, at B-47. Being in 110001 Central Delhi means there is always noise and people outside. It’s a historic building, and our office has that old-world feel to it. We do infrastructure work, mostly managing projects from this central hub. The high ceilings and old windows in Shiv Mahal give the place some character. It’s not like those new glass towers in the suburbs. We like the history here. Every morning we climb the stairs to the second floor and get to work. It’s a busy atmosphere. We handle a lot of phone calls and meetings. Since we are in CP, it’s easy for people to find us, though parking can be a bit of a nightmare. We’ve got stacks of blueprints and project folders everywhere. It’s a working office, not a showpiece. We focus on the details of our building projects. Sometimes the office gets a bit hot in the summer, but that’s just Delhi. We’ve been at B-47 for a while and have seen the city change around us. We just keep doing what we do, day in and day out. We aren't into big marketing slogans. We just work hard and try to stay organized in the middle of all the CP chaos. It's a lot of coordination, but we have a good rhythm going after all these years of work.
