Our office is over in Noida, specifically in Sector-50. We are located in the Silver Estate building, specifically in A2/103. It is a pretty well-known spot around here. The area has changed a lot since we first arrived. There are more shops now and the roads are paved better than they used to be. Working in F-29 means we are close to a lot of the residential blocks, which is nice. It does not feel like a cold industrial zone. We have a small team here. Most of us have been working together for quite some time. We have our routines, like who makes the first pot of tea and who remembers to lock the windows. The office itself is functional. We have the usual desks and chairs, nothing too modern or expensive. It gets the job done. Sometimes it gets a little noisy when there is construction nearby, but we just close the windows and carry on. We are not big on formal meetings or long speeches. Usually, we just talk across the room when something needs fixing. It is a straightforward way of doing things. Being in Noida means we deal with the heat in the summer, but the air conditioning mostly keeps up. We have a few plants on the windowsills that try their best to grow. We just show up every morning and see what the day brings us. It is a very simple and direct way to run a business.
