Court Cleark

You can find us over at 15A Hindu Maha Sabha Bhawan, which is right on Mandir Marg in New Delhi. It is a well-known building in a part of the city that stays pretty busy with all sorts of administrative things. Our work involves a lot of paperwork and dealing with the sorts of things a court clerk usually handles. It isn't the most exciting job in the world, but it has to be done. We spend most of our time organizing files and talking to people who come in with questions about their legal documents. The office is a bit old-fashioned, but that is just how things are around here. We have stacks of papers and folders everywhere. It is a lot of typing and double-checking names and dates. Mandir Marg is a central location, so we see all kinds of people coming through the doors every day. Some are in a hurry, others are just confused about where to go. We try to point them in the right direction. It is a very practical environment. We don't have fancy furniture or new tech; we just use what works. The heat in the summer can be a bit much, but we keep the fans going. Most of us have been doing this for years, so we know the system inside out. It is just about getting the records straight and making sure everything is filed where it belongs. We just keep working through the piles of paper until the day is done.
