Costa Coffee

This Costa Coffee is located at 29/32A, Street No.12 in Vishwas Nagar, Shahdara. It is a bit of a busy spot in this part of Delhi. We open up early in the morning, usually while the street is still a bit quiet. The first thing we do is get the espresso machine warmed up and start grinding the beans. That smell is what wakes us up every day. We aren't just a corporate chain to the people around here; we are the place where they grab a quick cup before work or sit for a while to escape the sun. The staff here are just regular people from the neighborhood. We spend a lot of time cleaning the tables and making sure the milk is fresh. It can get pretty noisy when the afternoon crowd comes in, with the sound of the milk steamer and people chatting. We don't have any big speeches about our coffee. We just try to make it the way you like it. The shop is on a typical Shahdara street, so there is always something going on outside the window. Sometimes we run out of certain pastries or the Wi-Fi acts up, but we just deal with it as it happens. We like the regulars who come in every single day and know exactly what they want. It makes the long shifts feel a bit more like home.
